Working Principle

This machine uses the high-speed relative motion between the high-speed movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to make the crushed material achieve the purpose of crushing the material through the comprehensive action of the tooth's impact, shearing, friction and material collision. It is also equipped with a dust suction device to reduce product costs and prevent dust from flying.

This machine has simple structure, stable operation, low noise and good crushing effect, and the crushed materials are directly discharged from the crushing chamber. The size of the crushed particle size can be achieved by selecting screen plates with different apertures. The dust is transported into the dust box by the negative pressure wind, the bag filter discharges the material, and the dust is recovered by the charging tray. 

This machine is designed with the “GMP” standard and is made of stainless steel. Currently, it has achieved international advanced level.
