Work process
The round tablets are transported to the hopper of the round tablet detector through the elevator, and are arranged and transported to the track by the sorting mechanism. When the round tablet reaches the optical fiber sensor, a trigger signal is sent to the light source/camera. When the light source lights up, the camera takes a picture of the round tablet. At this time, the image acquisition card sends the captured image to the image detection software in the PC, and the image detection software performs NG/OK analysis on the image. The analyzed image is sent to the PCI board, and the PCI board is sent to the elimination actuator to eliminate the NG round tablets. OK round tablet will automatically enter the next function position.
