Working Principle

The powder is first added to the feed hopper. Based on the Venturi effect, under the action of the high-speed flow of compressed air in the feed tube, a negative pressure is generated at the bottom of the feed hopper, which produces an adsorption effect to bring the material into the crushing chamber, and the high speed sprayed through the crushing nozzle The air flow forms a supersonic flow, causing the flow to collide with each other, shear and collide with the wall of the crushing cavity and friction to achieve the purpose of crushing into fine powdi In the process of high-speed movement and crushing of the logistics, particles of different fineness will be generated in the rotating air flow  With different centrifugal force, the powder particles of qualified fineness are carried out of the discharge pipe by the exhaust gas flow due to the centripetal air force being greater than the centrifugal force, while the larger particles will continue the crushing process with the high-speed movement of the logistics.
